• The FimIT app, software, and all related content are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• You retain ownership of the maps and data you create using FimIT. We do not claim rights to your uploaded or generated data.

• By using FimIT, you grant us permission to process your data for the purpose of providing the service.

4. Payments and Subscriptions
